Unfortunately some problems have arisen that required our immediate departure for home. We were very disappointed to not be able to continue on with Gail & Graham as we were enjoying our travels greatly in great company.
After 3 days the problem has been resolved & we find ourselves in Moree, so we will slow our homeward trip & spend a couple of days in Goondiwindi, an area we have always wanted to explore.
Free camp somewhere between Mildura & Broken Hill on the Silver City highway. This is an excellent road, all new, flat, smooth & NO trucks. Much better than the usual route from Peterborough.

For 2000k there is a constant stream of skeletons & decomposed bodies. pretty much 10 to 12 feet apart on both sides of the road, being the kangaroo road carnage from the drought. There must be hundreds of thousands of them.
Next night free camp at Little Topar.
